Best efforts are made to process medical records requests as efficiently and accurately as possible. However, there are times that it may take up to 14 days to complete a request. Reasons for this can consist of receiving a high number of requests at one time, missing release forms or other necessary documentation, waiting on needed documentation to be returned to our office or staff shortages.

Please be assured that we take these requests seriously and will promptly work on completing them.
