Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Karitas Counseling values all of our clients and their time. We strive to provide exceptional care by offering flexible scheduling to better meet daytime, evening or weekend appointments. Because it can make a difference whether you succeed in your treatment, we respect and reserve your appointment time for you alone. If you cannot keep your appointment, it can be offered to someone else that is waiting to be seen. Therefore, we ask for advanced notice of at least 48 hours to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours of the appointment time is considered a late cancellation and will incur a fee.

Late cancellations and No-Shows will incur a $100 fee per hour scheduled.

Payments

There are a variety of payment solutions that are offered to you. These include debit and major credit card payments, cash, Google pay, Apple pay, Zelle, flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health saving accounts (HSA).
