Hello! My name is Dideoluwa! I am an LPC Associate licensed in Texas supervised by Dr. Katrina Landry, PhD, LPC-S.

I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from UT Arlington and a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University.

I am here to aid clients in self discovery, empowerment, and development. I offer a safe space that welcomes all unique stories, and I want to understand how you experience and view the world. How do these experiences shape who you are? How do they contribute to your behaviors, thoughts, and emotions? These are questions we can collaborate and answer together.

My goal is to increase emotional awareness and to help you handle situations in healthy manners. I create a nonjudgmental safe place utilizing compassion and patience. This promotes self-growth and self-confidence, and allows clients to be their true selves. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and self-esteem. My therapeutic approach is Person Centered and integrate techniques in DBT and CBT.
